Just a few simple steps is all it takes to make a big difference. Follow this guideline for a fast, safe weight-loss:

1. Burn off the fat storage with Cardio
Good examples of cardio are Jogging, Swimming, Aerobic, TaeBo, RacquetBall or just a brisk walk.
Cardio routine should last 45-60 minutes and for effective fat burn this should be done 4-5 times/week
An interval routine is extra effective, increase speed for 3 minutes every 10 minutes.

2. Tone your muscles with targeted exercises
Do targeted exercises for 30 minutes a day and alternate upper and lower body (abs can be worked daily).
