Hanging - Hang from a horizontal bar or as long as you can. Bend your knees if the bar is too low. First hang for at least 10 seconds and repeat this exercise for three to five times.

The bridge: Start with lying down on your back, with folded knees. Push your hips upward and arching your spine. Try to lift up as much as possible for 10 seconds. Repeat the process several times.

Spot Jump: Another great height increase exercises is to spot jump. Keep your legs close. Stand straight on your toe with your hand straight up and start jumping for at least 2-4 minutes.

Forward Bend: Stand straight and spread your legs. Raise your hands up straight and then bend down forward. Touch the floor with your hands, without bending your knees, and then get back to your original position.

The bowl: Lying on the floor, arms and legs extended with the face down. Raise both arms and legs simultaneously as high as possible. Just relax and repeat this process every 5 seconds.
